This Freedive Greece ** Freediving Specialty Course is programmed from the 22nd up to the 29th of August 2022, in Athens (Greece). The duration of the course is 8 days.

The course will address topics of relaxation, breathing, physiology of respiratory and ear systems with lectures given by certified and expert instructors in each field.

Static (STA) and Dynamic (DYN) apnea, Free Immersion (FIM) and Constant Weight (CWT) freediving will be treated according to the theory, sequence of exercises and standards of the Freedive Greece teaching system.

Students will be shown videos of good and bad practical technique. All students will be filmed in order for the instructors to be able to analyze their technique. The course will place emphasis on freediving safety as much as the development of the technique and performance of the freediver and will improve physical and mental skills to a new level.

Students who will be successful in the evaluation at the end of the course will become members of the Freedive Greece Freediving Academy and will be certified accordingly.
