The next Freedive Greece *** Specialty Clinic is programmed from the 24th of November up to the 5th of December 2021, in Athens (Greece). This specialized course will address topics of equalization, lung stretching, respiratory system physiology and ear systems with lectures given by certified and expert instructors in each field.

Static (STA) and Dynamic (DYN) apnea, Free Immersion (FIM) and Constant Weight (CWT) freediving will be treated according to the theory, sequence of exercises and standards of Freedive Greece Freediving Academy teaching system.

Students will be shown videos of good and bad practical technique. All students will be filmed in order for the instructors to be able to analyze their technique. The course places emphasis on freediving safety as much as the development of the technique and performance of the freediver.

Students who will be successful in the evaluation at the end of the course will become members of Freedive Greece Freediving Academy and will be certified accordingly.
