Been great being immersed in the https://www.instagram.com/freedivegreece/ academy freediving curriculum the last two weeks! Had fun with this crew down in Athens. Everyone hit personal bests, and are ready for some days in the water this summer.

Personally, I think that there are no limits to what you can accomplish, except the limits you place on your own thinking. Just bear in mind, though, that a credible class is the safest way to break through your weaknesses and improve your freediving skills!
