Somewhere off the radar, in the Pacific Ocean, 11000 kilometers away from home.

I don’t just travel for travel’s sake. I travel to explore, seek adventure and feel alive. I travel to take part in authentic experiences that will not only change the way I see the world, but that will also encourage self-reflection and environmental awareness.

Travel takes me out of my comfort zone and inspires me to see and try new things. It constantly challenges me, not only to adapt to and explore uncharted waters, but also to engage with different freedivers and spearos, to embrace adventures as they come and to pay forward countless irreplaceable learnings to others. I normally seek adrenaline and non-stop underwater activity, so travel gives me the opportunity to explore with an open heart and an open mind.   

Travel teaches me about myself, it broadens my horizon and, just like a reset button, it forces me to refocus on what really matters in this mad world. I travel to learn!
