
Apnea Introduction is the first practical step into the world of apnea. It is based on the knowledge of BREATHWORK PERFORMANCE and brings it into the water through 4 organized static-apnea sessions in the pool. The aim of the program is for you to become familiar with the sensation of apnea safely, to perceive the intensity of your body’s adaptations, and to build comfort and self-control, laying the foundations of the skills on which every subsequent stage of training will rely.
